God is infinitesimally creative, nature is dynamic and man is anxious to better his life anytime he goes out, to fend for himself; to get his needs through his daily livelihood.
But apart from just taking any means, avenue, method to work to raise money, through hard-work in labour, that has dignity yet there are still more opportunities to express what one has as advantage, opportunity or privilege, gift, potential or expertise, through experience into a self-employed activities or vested- interest or cottage-type -industry. And this is what we call Private or Self-Enterprise.
However, taking this above-mentioned topic- sentence for this article titled "Conservatism; Anti- Dynamism" means " like- old ways", not-liking-change, favouring the established order of society.
Then by taking into debatable consideration choosing the Nigerians as a case-study here one would see some "conservatives" raising high-brow or being indifferent whenever one is introducing his identifiable idea or linking himself to a particular field of profession yet if God is given its due but magnanimity grace in blessing and expression, one needs to know HE can use any medium to pass out HIS creativity and grandeur. This is nothing than to say God being great and panoramic is always using different but submissive persons to express his greatness in creativity, hence man is a complete- creation of God but through experience and knowledge he grows and that the quality of his experience matter a lot, for all round goodness, greatness and creativity, to facilitate his self-employment.
So next-time you see someone introducing himself or herself ;belonging to a particular field; please! let's allow him or her to defend his or her claim at-least "if a quack concocts a fallacy, the wise are wary to unravel the fallacy for fact". This I thought I should present to us all briefly for digestion.

FANIKE FOWLS TRADERS COMMEND GOVERNMENT.
Fanike Fowls Market Traders Molete Headquarter commended the Oyo State Government and Olubadan of Ibadan; Oba Saliu Adetunji Akanmu, for the peace reigning in Ibadan and environs, appraising the one-year anniversary of Olubadan of Ibadan as an extension of the peace and positive changes being happening under the administration of Governor Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi.
Meanwhile the traders expressed their appreciation to the choice made by the good people in Ibadan deeming them fit in the installation of Alhaja Ameringun; as the new Iyaloja of Ibadan, Oyo State, who is an authentic member from their market.
The executive members; comprising Chief Sabiu Lawal; BabaLoja of the market, Alhaji Ismaila Akande; the deputy Babaloja, Madam Limota Fanike; Olori Aladie, Alhaja Sariyu Elebolo; Igbakeji Olori, Alhaja Ajimobi and Alhaja Sherifat Olapade; the secretary appealed to both Federal and State Government to help in saving the country from the importation of maize from oversea, this they reiterated to be shameful for a nation called giant of Africa whose people's major occupation is agriculture to be importing maize from oversea hence, they advised the government to throw its weight into agriculture, by mechanized farming to help in the production of farm-produce especially maize, that is one of the major grains essential in feeds production, for fowls and other feathered but domestic birds.
They stressed further that government should pay the workers as at when due, to help improve on purchasing value of money, since the workers are the majority of their customers and it is when they are cash-able they would be buoyant to buy from them and thereby helping them too, in the commercial-interaction, to move the economy of the nation forward for good.
Nevertheless, they wanted the government to help find a lasting solution to the problem of recession that is battling Nigeria's economy, through which the citizenryhave been faced with hardship.
Here, the traders implored the Oyo State Government to always remember them whenever consideration is given to giving loans to the traders , as they had been ostracized for long, from benefitting from such opportunity.

CHOP ALONE; QUENCH ALONE!
It was the erudite Professor of Engineering ; Professor Olagoke of Shafaudeen fame that corroboratedly subscribed and sufficely expressed the fact of this notion at an occasion in his speech thus that parents should sound it to their wards and children's' ears to know and understand morally that the parents' quest to send their children to school for degree certificate; in order to see them being successful , useful and self-independent is not for their sake alone, but also for the sake of their society and fellow-human being beings at-least both holy books enjoined that " Whosoever one is able to assist in one's little way is exactly one's fellow being" hence I always felt slighted when I see some persons "greedily " appropriating "goodness " of some sort to themselves , that should have been spread, shared and divided among more than one, two but many persons.
Yet the greedy type of that myopic and parochial nature would just be exhibiting ignorance and exposing himself to be naive and naughtily stupid, because as a matter of fact he supposed to have known "nobody knows tomorrow" and that influence in life spreads far around infinitesimally. And where he has a chance may not be where those he cheated would have their own, so cheating others first could induced others to cheat one also, thereafter therefore, it becomes a game of tit for tat, " do me I do you God no vex" and vicious circle.
However, God our creator has not made man comfortable only for his own sake alone, but also for the sake of others and those in the neighborhood .
And if living is of collectivism then :"nobody is an highland to himself": hence, when one is ascending ladder; one should make sure he doesn't spit on those who are down the ladder because one may need them when one is coming down or being forced down by circumstance, condition or situation beyond one's control.
Meanwhile, in marketing we are always told not to "cherry-pick", as it is important to know that sometime one's guess, calculation or prediction about some situations may be wrong ; what one sees as not having expected value now or later to oneself may be of much value indeed to one, so whenever one is doing good to others it is never good to be selective, partial or biased.
This is pragmatically relevant to the reason why a marketer of products who hawks around prefer to canvass for sales choosing an ordinary mechanic in that dirty-ragged-overall first before considering the corporately dressed dandy man, because the corporately dressed may not have anything but the mechanic, may be having some money of his or customer's money in his pocket hence, an adage says "gorgeous attire doesn't depicts a man's worth".
On this note; it is imperative to chip in an advice thus that since fate could change circumstance to favour a poor man at-times then,it is better the rich man cautions himself and be careful in his conduct.

"NON-VIOLENT POLITICS THROUGH CREDIBILITY IS THE MODERN DAY PATTERN, FOR THE PRESENT GENERATION, TO MOVE THE NATION; NIGERIA FORWARD" HON. KEHINDE AYINLA OLOYA,HON. FOR IB. NORTH EAST CONSTITUENCY.
Politics is Life and Life is Politics but the choice is delineated both negatively and positively, stretching either in a good or bad respectively hence some believe in non-violent and some believe in hooliganism,thuggery and crisis yet the latter's end is always regretful ,while the former instance is noble, gently and productive.
However,people are wondering; many are confused that is Nigeria really ripe enough for civilian government through democratic dispensation,as the political atmosphere is getting hot, hectic and rough, this we;the News-track- Online Editorial took the same spectrum of thought and went out to seek people and politicians for their opinion that politics as an art what does it entails.
And here we stumbled on Honourable Kehinde Ayinla Oloya, the Oyo State House of Assembly honourable for Ibadan North East Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Investment Monitoring and State Economic Planning Oyo State who shed more light on the subject-matter for this piece.
Meanwhile, he unwinded by starting to say that " If the foundation be destroyed what can the righteous do"so as he had adduced he recommended that since nature is dynamic and nothing is static in life,as change and growth is inevitable,there should be a changed but modern pattern by which politics needs to be refashioned by giving priority to credibility, to be able to pick the best and give morals its due place, to help "remove the chaffs from the seeds", through this every aspirant should be traced back to his or her background, with consideration for credibility evaluation.
Nevertheless, he subscribed to the fact that it was in the olden-days the early politicians engaged in violence but now that the world is a global village and connectivity is the in-thing; bringing relatives into meeting at random and knowledgeably by experience in politics,then it would be a thing of regret if anybody still involves or adopts violence, in the course of politicking .

The Oyo State N.S.C.D.C Command's Commandant J. A. O Adewoye who came on board to deliver his own aspect of the lecture being really engaged with enthusiasm,demonstrations and exuding sincerity of purpose and power-packed package of the simple, common but significant rules, notion and genuine ideas,in his delivery of the well contextual and qualitative knowledge on Stress, Personal Security tips and Facts on the Evil of Corruption through bribery, with the expression of good native intelligence, in his creative presentation and the exhibition of mastery expected of a good speaker cum lecturer.
Here; he advised the team of journalists to find time out of no time to rest, create schedule of time ,for themselves,in order to stay away from stress,this he affirmed would help them to be more productive and take life simple in their relationship with others and their environment.

In his speech the Honourable Commissioner emphasized on the various steps being taken by the Oyo State Government conjunction with the Federal government,to improve on the provision of good quality water,to the public and channeling new methods,plans, ranges and pipelines,to rejuvenate and bring quality to the provision of drinkable water.
Meanwhile, the lecture was highly enriched and highlighted on the various value of water and what to do to maximize it's economic value,for the good of the citizenry and the nation in general .
Engineer Kolawole Olayinka;the Chairman for ASTOB in the borehole industry bemoaned the proliferation of the quack in the industry but affirmed that machinery is being put in place,to get rid of them. He admonished both the Federal and State government to make sure they re-position and re-polish their dented image the public on good water provision, as the much tap-water fashion had gone into extinction hence,the public resulted into drilled borehole water.Here he stressed the fact that the Federal and State government to help in enhancing technology for water supply and recycling .
However, he promised to see that the registered borehole drillers in the industry are made to be contributing their financial support,to the association,in order to move the association onto an enviable height.

CIVIL-EYE: SILENCE IS SUBMISSION; POLITICIAN ARE SELFISH AND HYPOCRITICAL.
In the face of stagnation, discouraging and haphazard but economic bastardization and bedevilment ; politicians in the opposition are expected to speak out against any short-comings of any government in power, in sensitizing the government in power , to know where things had gone amiss or where the shoe pinches the citizenry. And since government is collectivism; there should be the direct and indirect contributors involving themselves by actions or words of ideas, advises and suggestions, to move the nation forward. While any thing short of this is seen as "dereliction of duty" in the art of politics as an art.And it is tantamount to betrayal of the trust the masses especially the electorates have in them, to stand in for them in calling the government attention to their needs, plight and circumstance through genuine and constructive criticism in the opposition and supposition to the government in power, so as to enable the government in power live up to expectation.
However, except some that have the guts, gumption and grit to criticize intermittently, it is glaringly clear that our so called politicians and political parties executives in the opposition have gone to sleep; falling into a great slumber of sort and waiting for the time when another election will be drawing in; there they will come up with their various slogans and watchwords , to deceive, cajole, and bamboozle or even stampede the ignorant-electorates and the down-trodden into voting for them, but is it not a true-talk to say what value does a woman has who when she needs nothing from her husband is always brashly, saucy, silent and indifferent to her husband yet when she needs something she is always praising, cuddling and being submissive to her husband,
Hmmn! what is the value of a King's Chief Servant that rules with the King but refuses to die with him?!

" WE ARE TRAINED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE; ALLOWING PEOPLE TO HAVE TRUST IN SECURITY"- D.S.C. OLUWOLE OLUSEGUN, OYO STATE P.R.O. FOR NIGERIA SECURITY AND CIVIL DEFENCE CORPS, OYO STATE COMMAND.
Considering the much impact Civil Defense Corps of Nigeria is generally contributing to the Environmental Security and Curbing any direct or indirect threat to it, the paramilitary which came into active existence since 1967, during Civil-War, training Officers and Volunteers , to know how to protect the public from air-raids, through to the period of 1970 when the Federal Government engaged them as intelligence and under-cover agents. And later on in 2003 when the National Assembly passed the bill, to ratify their full-fledged endorsement , as another arm of the Federal Government Security Operatives, assented by President Olusegun Obasanjo. And later in 2007 when they were allowed to add some defensive equipment to their kits.
N.S.C.D.C. as an organized corps have greatly and immensely proven to be up to the task, in bringing the expected improvement, to their responsibilities, routine of work and allegiance to their fatherland hence News track-Online deem it fit to interview the Oyo State Command N.S.C.D.C. Public Relation Officer; D.S.C. Oluwole Olusegun representing Oyo State Command under the able Commandant John Oyedokun Adewoye.
In our interview with him ; the eloquent and experienced Public Relation Officer for N.S.C.D.C. Oyo State Command expressively highlighted on the various reasons and points why Civil Defense Corps generally in Nigeria have been making a great difference, reiterating on the different but series of foreign and home trainings being given to both the junior and senior N.S.C.D.C. officers, and which had helped them built a all-round fitness and alertness with mental acuity, physical agility to perform excellently as a combatant-army and proficient security officers.
Here he affirmed that the officers of the N.S.C.D.C. have been fortunate enough to be trained under different arms of the paramilitary organizations, in existence before its establishment , such as the Army; in arms squad, Federal Fire Services ; in Fire Incident Management , Nigerian Prison Service and others of the like.
And considering the departmentalization of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps into many Units and Sections like Crisis-Management , Conflict- Resolution and Reconciliation, Anti-Fraud Section, Ago-Ranger Unit, Solid-Minerals Unit to mention few, the training under the various units, sections and arms of the Nigerian Paramilitary and Security Operative; has added more knowledge, skills, expertise to their experience as a combatant officers and this cannot be quantified as an additional knowledge in diversification, making the officers committed, combatant, loyal, diligent, hardworking, to carry out their roles, duties and routine of work, to the members of the public and their fatherland.
Aside the numerous incentives to improve on their condition of service; which the Federal Government and the management of N.S.C.D.C. are giving priority some of the effective approaches and incentives made available to the officers of N.S.C.D.C. have even enabled their commitment and sincerity of purpose, to their responsibilities and allegiance to their fatherland.
Meanwhile, the 'team spirit' by which the officers relate with one another is immeasurably contagious and effectively managed.
Yet the discipline among them is constant and cleverly resonant, with different watchwords being often uphold and recited intermittently to jolt and caution the officers to their oath of allegiance, such as "Take a bribe and die; compromise and be kidnapped", Do good to the good people; do bad to the bad people"
However, the Oyo State Command Public Relation Officer; D.S.C. Oluwole Olusegun expressed further that the government and management of N.S.C.D.C. are trying hence, the officers of the corps are unalloyed and committed, to their various assignments, given by the Federal Government , but he advised the members of the public to continue to support, by giving timely information and be their brothers keepers.
Nevertheless, he admonished the officers generally to know that the country is their constituency, to which they must be patriotic and always being constant in their allegiance to their fatherland and protection of the people and properties.
By and Large it was Thomas Edison; the man behind the secrecy to electricity discovery who after nine-hundred and ninety-nine experiments to make hundredth came through to having the code to a perfect notion in generating electricity. Such is the expected achievement so far by the Federal Government in the emergence and establishment of Civil Defense Corps ; that have been making much impact and great value to the business and essence of what Environmental Security is all about.

"GIVING CONSIDERATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT ENHANCES NATIONAL GROWTH" -HON OLADEJO EMOS
In his opinion about the newly created Local Council Development Area (L.C.D.A); he sees the creation of the L.C.D.A. as another way of helping to bring more development to the grassroots, which would help greatly in a diversified ways, to ease up the problem of employment, expansion and development, while he admonished Nigerians to respect the law of the land, as the disrespect for law is the main problem dragging the country into retrogression.
Honourable Oladejo Emos a.k.a. Success, a native of Ibadan from Ilero town near Ogunremi village in Lagelu Local Government was once a bar-attendant at Green Spring some years ago and also a teacher in one room rented apartment and thus canvassing for pupils from parents , by moving from doors to doors.
However, honourable Oladejo who once served as Lagelu Local Government Care-taker before his confirmation as full-time Chairman at the same Local Government, is now an avid Proprietor of Success Nursery , Primary and Secondary School.
However he adduced the fact that the absence of sound guidance and counseling department in schools nowadays is adding to the complication of student's wrong choice of courses in the universities, which afterwards affect them greatly, from being able to defend their certificates.
Meanwhile, he advised the governments and investors in education to give much consideration to the importance of guidance and counseling hence, Success Nursery , Primary and Secondary school created accommodation for such department, in addition to an existing departments in the school, regarding the commercial, arts and science, where students are helped through guidance and counseling, in their education and choices of course, according to their capability, flair and natural disposition.

A special programme was organized to host the Honourable Minister for Communication and Technology; Barrister Adebayo Shittu inside the University of Ibadan International Conference Hall on the 18th of March, 2017, here matters regarding Information Communication Technology; I.C.T. was highlighted upon and profoundly deliberated and discussed by many distinguished guests and invited personalities.
The honourable minister stood his ground effectively and eloquently; to manage the aspect of the lecture assigned to him, in delivering a voluminous pages of the context of the points and facts relating to the importance of I.C.T. before, now and later, in the economy of the world and especially Nigeria , where modalities have been put in place, to arrange a favourable but economical and environmental pattern of Nigerian owns I.C.T. peculiarities, on a wide range and scope, encompassing the software and the hardware with other components, to help the country move forward and develop equally, to the standard of the value from I.C.T, giving priority to I.C.T. as a tool to change the country's social and economic activities for better.
His honourable minister emphasized the fact that with I.C.T. as a tool to enhancing the development of any nation ; it is certain to see I.C.T. as never failing the country but only that the nation and her citizenry need not to fail I.C.T.
He now reiterated on the myriad value embedded in I.C.T. to every aspect of both private and public enterprises and their growth, where there are positive results, saving time,improving on finesse and proficiency in office management, for economic benefit and productivity .
This he sees as making the world a global village, with more distinctive and decent arrangement of plans, patterns and precision, in any matter needing urgent attention and deliberation through I.C.T. with consideration for the private and public establishment.
