Time is precious in a man's life and towards any plan there must be proper planning, arrangement and target to meet and for an essential reason to measure the tempo, space and span at which the job is being done; it is compulsory to set time for importance,analysis,record,purpose and history,so that theory through hypothetical result and reason for data or information maketh a genuine time valuer an expert or technocrat since Life is not to be lived frivolously or flippantly without a meticulous study of time for tangible thesis and template of treasure through time.
