NEWS:" RUFFY RENAISSANCE"

Have you ever passed through  Labiran area in Ibadan coming from Bere locality of Ibadan and while getting to the four divergent road-junction precisely where it is called Labiran; taking your left diversion up-sloppy feature of the down-below at the left diversion is a popular Artist Shop called RUFFY ARTIST .
This aged but Late artist was so dexterous and ingenious that he can draw out a semblance of anybody's physical look or bring any image or object into its actual resemblance with almost nothing to differentiate the object in comparison to his own drawing of it. And this is what we can call masterpiece!
He was a natural artist during his time because he was consistent in practice and it was his habit of drawing on any available wall, especially his mark of creativity was expressed at the wall of the up-relieved road coming from Agbadagbudu through Kanike to upper road of Labiran directly to Bere .
And this man was greatly blessed artistically but now he is dead but in Yorubaland as it is expected ; a dead person is not said to be dead as long as he left children behind because it would be said with children left behind that person had not died completely, so in the case of Late Raufu Agbolagade Adigun a.k.a. Ruffy; he is not dead yet to avoid understatement(Litotes) Ruffy is more than to say not dead but has rejuvenated his existence now into new, classic, better , improved, excellent of his type of which I can described as "a bunch of newly palm-kernel fruit which when fell down spread around its fruits , What do I mean?! Well! simply I should say that after the demise of the said ingenious Late artist; Raufu Adigun Agbolagade, the deceased's son Abayomi Adigun Agbolagade ; a true resemblance, youthful and creative son of Late Raufu has come back strongly to fill the vacuum of the creativity left behind by his father. And when you see this young chap, you will never doubt he is the true son of his father with sheer semblance of his father glaringly and boldly expressive on him, hmm n! what a great God; the best artist!.
Lately now this young man has promised to bring a good touch to his father business. He started with his father from young age learning art-work hence sees it as an additional asset he inherited from his father(Ajemogun), He is thirty years-plus of age . And believes vocational skill should be made mandatory for the young ones with whatever educational certificate any youth may obtained.
Here he enunciated that with secondary certificate a would be apprentice at his shop will spend two-three years but unlettered apprentice will spend four years yet, presently he is having eleven apprentices under him, who are progressively catching up with their chosen departments of their field under him.
Abayomi Adigun vouched to say prospect lies in Art, and by and large a beginner starts from Artwork through to Master guidance and directive stage while lastly will be learning on his own eventually.
At Ruffy Renaissance there are various department in Art as a profession which ranges from sign-board customization, art drawing, banner, Motor branding, Billboard, and Digital billboard.

ISLAMIC HIGH SCHOOL ORITA BASHORUN IBADAN MARKS SIXTIETH ANNIVERSARY

Today was a memorable day in the lives of the Islamic Old students (both boys and girls) who came in array of beautiful head-gears and native caps to adorn their immaculate white iro, buba, sokoto, awotele and agbada  dresses, in the splendid and elegant mood celebrating their alma-mater sixtieth  anniversary.
The occasion which started as scheduled and attracted the presence of various distinguished personalities, the Olubadan representatives with his insignia, some old students but men at the highest echelon of ladder and invited guests and the throng of the school students who find it essential to honour the great school, by being around to bear witness to the success story of the school that had produced several men and women who are now doing very well in their various disciplines.
In the lines of events the Headmistress of the school; Dr./Mrs Latifat Dairo delivered her speech to welcome the members of the audience to the occasion after which President Old Students Association;Dr. Isiaq Omotoso went down the memorable line to highlight on the condition of the school before and what had been done to improve on the state of things within the school in the rehabilitation of their alma-mater, here he commended on the effort of the various old-students but members of the association who had made sure they bend over backward to see that things are put in shape to bring the glory of the school back.
At the awards giving aspect Chief L.A. Bili Adigun was eulogized as a significant and very committed but octogenarian member, whose citation actually proved him to have weathered several storms of life yet breaking through thick and thin, to have achieved greatly both at home and abroad.
And in his comment the simple, humble but highly intelligent Chief L.A Bili Adigun expressed the fact that education which is the only legacy that could be given to the youth for better future should be made compulsorily general and avoidable for the sake of the less-privileged and the future of this great country, since the bulk of the responsibility will be on the government provided the children of the indigent families fail to be trained side by side with the children of those that can afford education, hence he advised the parents to see it as their sole responsibility to make sure nothing debar their children from learning.
Among thoser given awards at the occasion are Chief Akintunde Kareem; a geoligist, Mrs Sauda Omolara Olanigo; an educationist, Ashipa Balogun Baameto of Ibadanland; Alhaji Lateef Banmidele Adigun , Chief Moronfolu Agbelurin to mention few.

CIVIL-EYE: "EXPOSE!" DIVINE MESSAGE FOR US ALL(LEADERSHIP AND FOLLOWERSHIP) TO BE CAREFUL OF ANY SATANIC INFLUENCE....HENCE NIGERIA MUST REMAIN AS ONE INDIVISIBLE AND INDESTRUCTABLE.

Not long ago I was reflecting and pondering on what essence and meaning is of the pocket-like protests that was said to have happened scatteredly in Lagos, Abuja and U.K by the aggrieved Nigerians both home and abroad, who felt it patriotic to express their indignant at the effect of the economic- hardship from recession, there then I fell into a deep sleep where I had an experience of a trance-like sojourn through which I got a message from the spiritual realm "with some combined hands joining together and writing on a wall of the haven thus below
" TAKING US FOR A RIDE; LEADING US TO A REVOLT.
  Promptly I look for a meaning to this above written expression but simultaneously and spontaneously the combined hands through the fingers again came back on the wall expressively to continue as thus;
  OR DON'T YOU KNOW THAT

1. A DRIVER THAT BUYS UNFIT TYRE FOR FIXING TO A BUS WHEEL FOR TRANSPORTATION CALLS FOR COMMUTERS ANGER PROVIDED SOME ARE SAFE IF ANY MISHAP HAPPENED .

2. A FOOD-SELLER USING ROTTEN PEPPER TO PREPARE FOOD FOR STUDENTS CALLS FOR THE SCHOLARS ANGER ANYTIME AS THEY CONSTRAINED THEMSELVES TO BEAR THE POOR TASTE.

3. A PARENT THAT CARE-LESS OF WHAT BECOMES OF HIS CHILDREN FUTURE INVITES BLAME FROM THEM EVENTUALLY .

4. A TEACHER THAT TEACHES STUDENTS WRONG METHODS OF SOLVING QUESTIONS MUST ONE DAY STANDS IN TO FACE THEIR IMPUDENCE .

5. A CONTRACTOR THAT PAY-LESS WAGES TO HIS LABOURERS MUST ONE DAY BE DISSAPOINTED TO WITNESS A BOYCOTT-ACTION FROM THEM PROVIDED THEY ARE NOT VIOLENT WITH HIM.

6. A HIGH-RANKING PARA-MILITARY OFFICER THAT CHEATS ON HIS LIEUTENANTS WILL ONE DAY INCURE THEIR FACE-OFF WITH HIM.

 7. LEADERSHIP THAT DEPRIVES THE FOLLOWER-SHIP OF THEIR RIGHTS WOULD EVENTUALLY LOSE THE LEGITIMACY FROM THE AUTHORITY BEING VESTED ON THEM TO DIRECT THE AFFAIRS OF THE STATE.

SO A SITUATION OF UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PRIVILEGED AND LESS-PRIVILEGED IS LIKE SITTING ON A KEG OF GUN-POWDER; SO LET EVERYBODY PLAYS HIS OR HER ROLE RIGHTLY WELL AND USES PRIVILEGE AS CONSTITUTIONALLY AND HUMANLY EXPECTED.

Quickly I woke up from this trance-like experience sweating profusely and anxious to know I must instantly relay it to us all, so that we know Nigeria is a nation we must all guide, guard and nurture into greatness jealously rather than cause any senseless havoc to her wholeness.
At least;    I PLEDGE TO NIGERIA MY COUNTRY, TO BE FAITHFUL, LOYAL AND HONEST , TO SERVE NIGERIA WITH ALL MY STRENGTH, TO DEFEND HER UNITY AND UPHOLD HER HONOUR AND GLORY, SO HELP ME GOD.
And this is the soothing but lasting words of allegiance and loyalty through patriotism to be a good and true NIGERIAN. And see to it that we relate with one another and whosoever living within and without and especially the members of the nation's heterogeneous tribes, without fear, favour, bias nor hatred but love everybody always and rebuke anyone of unworthy acts to bring clog to the wheel of our nation's progress , stability and peace.
NIGERIA; GREAT NATION, NIGERIANS; GOOD PEOPLE, STAY BLESSED ALWAYS

NEWS AROUND: "THERE IS NOBODY THAT HAS NOT FELT THE EFFECT OF THE HARDSHIP"- CHIEF DAUDA ADISA OLADAPO; BABALOJA OF OYO STATE

People are complaining that things are hard, commodities in the market are costly, traders are regretting had it been they ought not to have come into trading, children are not satisfied with the amount given them to manage in schools, infants are not satisfied with the UN-nourished mothers breast-milk again at-least, mother are not eating well to derive nourished breast-milk.
Hmm! what an experience of unusual hardship yet promptly we all pray and think to see an end to it while everybody is expected to contribute his or her quota of what to do to induce or effect the change to betterment; to ease us all up from this abnormality and sordid phenomenal, but it is certain God who knows why all these are happening and HE  knows when to bring an end to it because HE is the only Alpha and Omega and HE does what HE wishes without anybody being able to stop HIM. Therefore, we should never say again that 'SOMEBODY' can do it better than GOD, who gets the whole world in HIS hand. And since HE knows we have regretted and remorseful; HE is now ready to change it for better.
 Despite the fact that we are considered as a great but prayerful nation yet without faith in HIM; we are praying amiss, believing SOMEBODY can do it better, not only in this case but we should never have such erroneous impression again. And to complement our effectual sense of prayerfulness; we should see HIM as HE that is immortal but we are mortal so, why give all HIS  glory to a mortal person?!, never let us do that again, than to rely on HIM solely that HE is the "I am that is I am", the only able GOD that can do everything, anywhere, any-day regardless of time, tide and temperature but, with faith in HIM while we should be ready to give HIM all HIS glory, all HIS glory I believe and emphasized here thus;
And this is the lesson HE wants us to learn at this time around, regarding recession, regret and rein of governance at this time, with the unusual intricacies, experiences and experiments done through follower-ship and the leadership.
"A foolish man in his heart says there is no God yet God is real, reigning, ruling and reservedly ruminating on what to do in patience to curb our excesses and lack of the believe in HIM, that HE becomes from nothing and lasting alone, without  us all. And if this sounds unbelievable then find time to brood, ponder, think about HIS mysteries of HIS creation, magnitude and phenomenal.
Hitherto, we went to some markets to watch the hustling and bustling of the traders and the usual activities expected in the market, here we thought it wise to relate with Chief Dauda Adisa Oladapo; the Babaloja of Oyo State, in getting facts on the state of things in the market and responsively cum responsibly he unwind-ed thus that even they the traders in the markets are at the mercy of the manufacturers of some groceries and tin-foods packs and cartons being supplied them in bulks, on which commission are paid to them, after sales yet, complained bitterly that the situation of things regarding the economic hardship or recessional-effect in Nigeria has brought a not commendable state of vicious-circle, where no one is ready to help one another hence, he advised Nigerians to be kind at heart and not aggravate the effect of economic-hardship, to rip-off  people their rights, nor cause a situation where more hardship or pang of pain would be inflicted on the less-privileged unnecessarily.
Alhaji Dauda Adisa Oladapo implored the government at the three tiers of Federal, State and Local government to find a lasting solution to the present hardship but should know that traders are helping a lot to improve on the economic- buoyancy of the country, through commercial activities, while they too need financial assistance from the government and thus, must know that the issue of giving out fifty-thousand loan to individual is nothing to write home about, than to help increase on the amount if they expected the traders to maximize the value of the loan, for the good of themselves and to the pride of the government, who will assume that they must have helped the traders, to improve on their businesses and standard of commercial activities, that could eventually have a positive effect on their standard of living and boost economic activities generally, since through the traders the velocity of money is being utilized and ascertained to know whether there is money in town
He even advised the government to pay workers' salaries as at when due, with consideration to upgrade the level of their salaries' scales , while without them and other customers they can do nothing, nor thrive in their businesses, Hence he described their customers as the reason and the reality of why they are still existing and making ends meet through their businesses . Aside the fact that many are running away from farms, and thus he advised the government to assist immensely the farmers, who are the major suppliers of the local-foods and other aggro-allied produce  like cocoa, cashew, maize e.t.c., to corroborate his point.
He further stressed the goodness of commercial activities in the market through traders and their various customers at large, who he sees as the reason for their existence and then emphasized that many are their customers from within the nooks and crannies of the country; Nigeria and environs, citing Ado-Ekiti, Iwo, Osogbo, Ijebu-Ode, Ikirun, Ondo and Ilesa to mention as few of some of the major towns from which majority of their customers come from.
Meanwhile, he reiterated the goodness of commodities-market as the place for good opportunities to forge ahead in life, but advised whoever aspired to be trader to undergo some years of training, rather than rely on any lump-some money he or she might have realized from God knows avenue, to be invested in commodities- market business, without having being trained, to know the pros and cons of the business; which he himself faced the rigour of it for eight years as against the six-months his aunt had suggested would last.
Nevertheless, he highlighted on the risk of engaging just any apprentice from any source, who could abscond with the proceeds or capital belonging to his or her master or mistress at any time he wishes, which he had once fallen a victim; being deprived of thirteen and five hundred million naira ,by one of his apprentices sometime ago, hence many investors or male and female entrepreneurs ever believe in their wards or children rather than just take any apprentice just from anywhere.
He eventually advised the Nigerians to be patient, prayerful and purposeful this time around; as there is nothing that brings constrains or troubled people thus far; that does not come to an end eventually for good.

"By God's grace every mountain is surmountable yet one needs to prove she knows what she wants-Mrs Oyelami; HIS MERCY KIDDIES SCHOOL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

It was the Late Sage Obafemi Awolowo that adduced an inkling of wisdom thus that "It is not life that matters but the courage one brings into it" yet change is a word void of sense, nothing can exists without a cause" hence "the best way to be on top of one's career is to go professional about it", meanwhile, "no matter how long it takes when God moves; it is always worth the wait".
With these above-mentioned paraphrasing or philosophical preambles suffice I delve into the personality of Mrs. Oyelami and the challenges she faced before achieving her aim and objective in actualizing her dream of an educational establishment denoted as HIS MERCY KIDDIES SCHOOL located at Oke Padre Area of Ibadan close to the usual centre for the distribution of the Nigerian dailies.
Mrs. Oyelami whose stature belies her true age of forties has an amiable , accommodating, reticent, pious, reserve, knowledgeable, determined, cool, calm, focused and committed spirit of an undaunted and adamant achiever of a quintessential type, among the women-folks.
This Chief Executive Officer (Proprietress) of HIS MERCY KIDDIES SCHOOL who started small as a door to door "let-the home-rest" coaching teacher knows her onion and she was avidly committed to start thus, trudging and struggling it out until she went through the thick and thin of smallness into an appreciable level of a sound and purposeful Proprietress of the school. She expressed that though she had the call to set up a school yet her love for new born babies, infants and toddlers encouraged her more, into forging ahead well despite the various challenges she encountered, before ascending the ladder from grass to grace, as an achiever of a considerable-proof, to show thus far what she had been nurturing fro long, before the present germination into HIS MERCY KIDDIES SCHOOL . Mrs. Oyelami emphasized that with the fear of God and unconditional love she has for humanity coupled with the educational knowledge she has made her what she has become today.
She therefore reiterated that the belief in Jesus Christ and her act of engaging the pupils in fellowship is helping her a lot and the development of the school so far.
Here she admonished Nigerians that regardless of economical hardship their believe in God should not be precarious by what they see but instead should hold it firmly that God is able always and this is the secret of achievement.
While explaining further she stressed the fact that if the educational growth of the country should be upgraded then the students should be seen as the contract, the teachers and educationists as contractors must tutor well , for their clients who are their parents hence HIS MERCY KIDDIES SCHOOL hold in high esteem the tripartite tripod of the cognitive, psycho-motor and affective of each child's development essential.
This ever neat, tidy and hygiene-conscious but reserved woman of moderate adornment for beautification; belief her prayer to God to stop using jewels but instead God should give her youthfulness to her beauty advised women and ladies to find something legitimate to do instead of roaming about the street for easy achievement, that may not come yet could lead them into women of easy virtue.
Mrs. Oyelami who adduced the fact that the school was established in 2007 but prayed not to see the end to its growth and development, for the good of humanity especially the young ones, who are supposed to be educated for the good of themselves, parents and the society at large.

CIVIL-EYE:ENVY IS IGNORANCE; IMITATION IS A SUICIDE

We are the problem(s) of ourselves and until black-man reasons to do his best for humanity and leave the rest for the nature to judge him; nothing of equal creativity, innovation and invention like the white can be achieved in a thousand years to this time or even infinitesimally.
Ask me why?! because God forbids if I underestimated the value of the same natural endowment God gave blacks like the white, but envy, hatred, possessiveness,unhealthy-rivalry, show-off e.t.c. of the blacks may not let it be for good, despite the fact that there are some blacks helping the white to achieve some of their aims and objectives in innovation, invention and creativity yet, if the white had not acknowledged their worth who will know them? .
And until everyone knows he or she is made for a purpose and search out to mine the gem of his/her uniqueness by originality, for the creativity, into the development of mankind, nothing of much significance and commendation can be done or achieved by the black.
"In togetherness we should stand; divided we could fall", yet "what touches one should touch all" and not everybody to himself/herself; all for none".
"Agbajowo laa fi n soya"; ajeji owo kan ko gberu do'ri" . Mo so temi na o!. Do not say I have not warned you as "a stitch in time saves more than nine", for the posterity sake and upcoming generation.
